David Harbourne is President of Harbourne Consulting Services, LLC based in Maryland. David formerly served as the Executive Vice President of Heraeus Noblelight America, LLC, headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland USA. Heraeus is the leading producer of Ultraviolet Systems and components serving the industrial UV curing and disinfection markets around the world. Prior to that David served as the President and CEO of Fusion UV Systems, Inc., who pioneered the development of microwave-powered electrodeless UV lamp systems used by manufacturers to cure inks, coatings, and adhesives on a wide variety of materials. During his tenure, he established subsidiary operations in Europe, Japan, and China and a network of exclusive distributors in other countries.  David served two terms as President of RadTech International North America, a trade association for manufacturers, suppliers, and end-users of ultraviolet and electron-beam curing equipment.

Prior to joining Fusion UV Systems, David was Vice President of International Sales for Neotec, a manufacturer of near-IR systems. Born in England, Davis was a member of The Institute of Marketing and a fellow of the Institute of Sales Management. He is married, the father of three children, and lives in Potomac, Maryland.

With over 25 years of international experience in marketing and sales of capital equipment, David is an innovative entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in developing and managing successful UV curing businesses globally.
